My leadership philosophy
I believe in empowerment, clear direction, and open, honest communication, because these unlock more in people than any amount of instruction. A leader's job is to set direction, create the conditions for success, remove obstacles, and make room for ownership.
My strength
I believe the greatest value is created where different worlds meet, where business and technology, strategy and execution, product and customer come together. My strength is that I am at home in both worlds: I understand business and technology and speak the language of each, so I can build bridges between them.
My vision
I believe digital maturity has become a question of competitiveness: what matters is not who has access to technology, but who can turn it into real business value, fast enough and bold enough to keep pace with a constantly changing world. I see digital progress not as a purely technological question: it is about aligning business strategy, technology, processes, data, and people.
