Experience
My career spans banking software, my own fintech venture, and a proptech ecosystem, driven throughout by the same goal: to build scalable digital platforms that create real business value. Over the years I moved from code and architecture toward strategy, product, and business impact, so that I could shape not just systems, but the whole of digital operations.
zenga.hu — OTP Otthonmegoldások Kft
As Chief Technology Officer, I am responsible for the entire platform development and operations at zenga.hu, whose goal is to create Hungary's first real estate ecosystem with the support of OTP Bank. Alongside leading the technology area, I take part in the company's strategic direction and product development, and I always work to maximize business impact by putting the customer at the center.
PayUppPayUpp
As the originator and co-founder, I built a fintech startup that offered bank-account-based instant and QR-code payment acceptance to merchants, reducing their financial costs and supporting their digital transformation. In Hungary, this company was the first non-financial player to connect directly to GIRO's Instant Payment System (AFR), and it successfully executed live, request-to-pay based financial transactions. My responsibilities included business, product, and go-to-market strategy, and I actively supported pre-sales activities as well.
FinastraDigital Banking — Finastra
As a Senior Solution Architect at Finastra, one of the world's largest fintech companies, I integrated the former BFO platform into the Digital Banking solution, a microservice-based, white label banking front office platform running on Microsoft Azure. After this, the BFO solution was used by banks not only across Europe but also in the Far East and the Americas.
IND GroupBFO platform — IND Group
As a Software Architect, I built IND Group's Banking Front-Office (BFO) platform, which supported millions of customers' everyday banking at several European and Middle Eastern banks, with an omnichannel solution combining internet banking, mobile banking, and the branch.
